Welcome to OSPA Today

The Office of Sponsored Programs Administration is excited to announce the release of OSPA Today, our new quarterly newsletter. This publication will serve as an additional outlet to share information and updates affecting the University grants community. Whether it is upcoming deadlines, policy and procedure updates, a shared best practice, or training and development opportunities, our goal is for this newsletter to serve as an additional resource for you to learn about and disseminate the latest grants information we can offer.

In this edition you’ll find:

• Recent updates to the Sponsored Programs Procedure Guide (SPPG), including Fee for Service vs. Sponsored Activity—how to determine the appropriate accounting of funds
• An update on the Bayh-Dole Act.
