The Executive Level II of the
Federal Pay Scale, which sets the cap limit for salaries on DHHS awards, has
increased from $179,700 to $181,500 effective January 1, 2014 (schedule 5 on
page 6 of this link EO
13655 is screen shot below). For proposal
budgets, please use this amount as applicable for periods after 1/1/14. For
existing projects, beginning with pay periods starting on or after 1/1/14, this
new cap will apply.
