• One Card --- Join us as Accounting Services and the Controller’s Office discuss the reconciliation process changes:  The University of Missouri System has been involved in the redesign of its Commercial Card, or One Card, program for the past year. As the final step in the project, the reconciliation process will be moved from the JPMorgan (JPM) PaymentNet product to the Travel & Expenses (T&E) module in PeopleSoft Finance at the university. Moving the process to T&E will meet objectives to utilize existing electronic workflow approvals and allow attachments to be scanned and linked to the transaction.

Changing policies impact NIH-funded studies involving human subjects

NIH has prepared and provided several announcements with regards to planned changes to application packages in their efforts to improve the stewardship of clinical trials, beginning with the information requested in grant application packages. Most notable is the updated standard due date “parent FOA’s”, and specific Forms E application packages. With regards to the upcoming Forms E changes, Annotated Forms, Additional information and an instructional video can be accessed here.

August Grant Connections | Time Change

Our August Grant Connections meeting will be held on August 23rd from 2-3 p.m. in 172 Bond Life Sciences Center. Accounting Services and the Controller’s Office will present on the changes to the One Card reconciliation process (additional details below), and we can discuss the impact on grants. We’re sending two reminders about GC this month due to the change from our normal 11 a.m. timeslot.
